Mr. Xie was Chief Accountant, Vice Plant Director, and Plant Director/Deputy Party Secretary of Changchun Locomotive Plant; Director, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of Changchun Rolling Stock Co. , Ltd. ; Party Secretary of Tianjin Locomotive and Rolling Stock Machinery Works; and Vice Chairman of Tianjin JL Railway Transport Equipment Co. , Ltd. He was Board Secretary of CNR Corporation from August 2008 to May 2015, and has served as the Company’s Board Secretary since June 2015.
